Return your unworn item for any reason for a full refund within 30-days
You may return your unworn item(s) for any reason for a full refund within 30-days of purchase. Please include any supportive items we provided with your order. Once your item is returned to us, you will receive a full refund.
*Please note, that all sales are final on products that are on clearance/closeout and are not eligible for returns/refunds.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request Return.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a USPS return shipping label.
After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
Please allow 7-10 days for processing once your return is received.
Warranty
LIFETIME GUARANTEE AGAINST DISCOLORATION AND TARNISHING: We are committed to the integrity of our products and our promises to you. We offer a lifetime warranty for a comparable replacement on all of our stainless steel jewelry against color fading and tarnishing (see below). An alternative of equal value will be provided if the original style is no longer available. We stand behind our products and want to ensure that you are satisfied with your Kaimi purchase.

What we cover:
- Gold plating color issues including tarnishing, fading, chipping or skin discoloration
- Freshwater pearl discoloring
- Enamel-painted discoloration
Does not include:
- Sterling Silver tarnishing (925 sterling silver will naturally tarnish and can be easily polished up with silver polishing compound and a soft cloth)
- Scratches from normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse of the jewelry or improper storage
- Lost or stolen jewelry
ONE-YEAR WARRANTY AGAINST MANUFACTURING DEFECTS: Please note that our lifetime color guarantee does not cover items that have suffered damage or breakage from everyday wear and tear or any modification to your product after purchase. Any manufacturing defects, including snapping due to force, scratches, bending, or a stone falling out are covered by a separate one-year warranty and not by the lifetime discoloration or tarnishing guarantee.
Our commitment also encompasses beads and natural stones. Every carefully selected material is covered by a warranty. Should you encounter any issues with the beads or natural stones in your jewelry, our dedicated team is ready to provide a replacement.
